The National Meeting in Bulgaria was already from 16 to 17 November. Linda and Maria had a great time there and the Meeting was a big success. Soon they will send us the Report so we will have the possiblity to understand more about it.

From 26-28 November 2009 the Meeting in France was going on. They had a meeting in Rennes at university with some students and a representative from the International House of Rennes and additionally one meeting yesterday in Dinan, with local community, some immigrants who participated at the research, two representatives from the Cotes d’Armor Department and some journalists.
Everything went very well thanks to Ina , Claire, Aude and all people participating actively. Now we are waiting on the photos from Ina.

Jaén, in the middle of Andalucia, is a very beautiful “small” city where Teodor (BG), Birgit (IT) and two great woman from England (I do not want to write the names wrong, so I need to re-jeck how to write it!!) stayed for an intensive day of work.
We started early with a press conference, where we talked about the project, the local actions and we learned a lot about the immigrant situation in Spain. In the afternoon we also got the chance to meet the organisation of Elena, who work about the social inclusion of immigrants in Jaén.

Today finished the National Meeting in Athens and in the same moment in France everything starts!
Ina and Ju are just now travelling to Renne to meet the staff of Intercultura and speak with many immigrants and also the municipality about the immigrant situation in France.
Already tomorrow Birgit, Teodor and two guys from England will be active in Spain with the organisation Colega 
Jaén, of course. They are going to do after serious press realize some actions in the streets of Jaén 
Wish you all a lot of fun and especially a good travel!

Thanks to the great participants Egita (Latvia), Daniel (Spain) and Vasi (Romania) the National Meeting in Italy was a great success. Nearly all the expectations were fullfilled

After some changes also the National Meeting in Greece is ready to start!

Unfortunately the french participant can not go there anymore, but we always have a joker to play: Francesco from Italy will go there and support the meeting, and meet again Nicoleta there!
He is happy to go for another meeting after his great experience in Latvia.

Today starts the National Meeting in Italy!
We are prepared and very happy to take at 9 o´clock Vasi from Romania, Egita from Latvia and Daniel from Spain from the train station.
Tomorrow afternoon, 20.11, you can check what we are doing live (from 19:00 to 20:00 italian time) on the radio on www.radioregio.com – We are going to present the project, speak about results and compare the italian ones with hosted countries.
On Saturaday, 21.11., the whole group of the 4:miss you, rope! team will be in the central square of Matera together with Vasi, Egita and Daniel to hug the passing people (free hug, see the post under) and to ask them about their opinion of the immigrant situation in Europe. This action will be accompanied from two local radio stations, which will publicate everything life and on podcasts on internet. After this in the afternoon we will have a press conference with the local and regional journalists.
